More and more youth transitioning from teenage school years to living successfully as young adults are seeking that same kind of mentor "go to" guide to get help get the transition together and pull it off.
Planning for what comes next is not signing up for a life sentence, and making important next step decisions with a life path coach isn't just another grown-up "know-it-all" spouting off about what to do. The coach is someone who listens and based on what is heard from the person in charge--YOU--helps set practical goals, make specific plans and take concrete actions on a very personal journey.

Ross, MS Ed, MLA holds undergraduate degrees in business and marketing and an advanced degree in American cultural studies in addition to her Master of Science in Post-Secondary and Adult Education. Her professional experience includes post-secondary and collegiate education, vocational planning and guidance, rehabilitation and remediation, commercial, industrial, nonprofit, military and governmental staff and training resourcing spanning a 40-year career in the private and public sector.
The mother of two emerging adults still residing at home and the mentor of youth volunteers, she is in touch with their spirit of discovery yet as a seasoned professional she understands the serious goals and expectations of their support communities.
